Secura Case Study: Web3 Platform for RWA Investments

Brief description

RWA platform for buying tokenized assets and yield strategies from the real sector.

Task

Give users global access to tokenized assets and connect DeFi with RWA inside one platform

About the project

SECURA is a decentralized Web3 platform for investing in tokenized real-world assets (RWA) and crypto assets: buy/sell via smart contracts, asset ownership on a personal wallet, yield generation (including through stablecoin mechanics), DEX trading (Spot and Perp), and secondary market tools (lending/collateral).

Business benefits

QUARTERLY REVENUE GROWTH DYNAMICS STAYED AT 400% THANKS TO TRADING FEES, SERVICE FEES, AND YIELD PRODUCTS
ABILITY TO TOKENIZE ANY TYPE OF ASSET
ACCESS TO INTERNATIONAL INVESTORS
SECURA

Features

Buying securities and other tokenized assets in a decentralized way
Crediting assets to the user’s personal wallet (no “broker custody”)
Receiving dividends on stocks/funds inside the protocol (as part of the RWA module)
Scenarios where the user can move value from crypto assets into tokenized assets (e.g. stocks) and ride out volatility without exiting into traditional finance
On deposit into the protocol, an internal stablecoin is minted, backed 1:1 by deposits — used for operations inside the system
User yield is formed from several sources (staking in external protocols + yield in the Perp pool + protocol bonus points)
Yield multiplier logic for scenarios where the stablecoin is not only staked, but also used to buy assets
Spot purchase of crypto and RWA assets
Perp DEX: trading crypto and RWA assets as perpetual futures/CFD with leverage
Operation transparency: action and transaction history as part of the on-chain architecture
Lending module: ability to collateralize crypto and RWA assets to receive stablecoins for trading and other actions
Borrow/Supply mechanics: the user can borrow against collateral and/or supply assets for yield
Portfolio screen: total balance, profit/loss, passive income, portfolio structure by asset class
Asset table with actions: Buy / Redeem / Collateralize
Support for multi-chain and cross-chain scenarios for ease of use
Focus on decentralization and ownership privacy: assets are held on the user’s wallet
Roadmap includes moving toward a proprietary blockchain for more anonymous trading and gas fee optimization
Utility token for the ecosystem (incentives/protocol parameters)
Buyback/burn mechanics as part of tokenomics and value support strategy
Ability to create a tokenized copy of an asset
Integration with depositories, exchanges, and brokers

Work with the client

*Important: this is not project work — it is work with the client specifically, and it is not in the estimate or commercial proposal. This is what we do to increase the probability of product success.First we invested in the founder, then in their productFor us it is fundamental: capital goes not to an idea, but to a person capable of delivering it. So we started not with lines of code, but with deep work on the client as an investment asset. We ran a series of strategy sessions where we examined their personal entrepreneurial competencies, strengthened understanding of the financial model, and helped formulate the “investment story” that resonates with funds. In parallel, the Defence.investments team entered the project with its own capital at the seed stage — to share the risk and signal to the market our belief in the founder. After that we packaged the project together, prepared the data room, and brought the client to a confident round close with external investors. The outcome: not just a working product, but a founder who knows how to raise capital and no longer depends on a single source of funds. Our goal is not just development — it is our client’s success.

Design goals:

EXPLAIN A COMPLEX PRODUCT IN SIMPLE WORDS SO A PERSON UNDERSTANDS WHAT THEY ARE BUYING AND WHERE IT IS HELD
GIVE A SENSE OF CONTROL: ASSETS ON THE USER’S WALLET, TRANSPARENT ACTIONS
INCREASE USER TRUST BY 60% THROUGH TRANSPARENCY AND CLEAR FUNCTIONALITY

Design results:

PORTFOLIO AS THE MAIN SCREEN: ASSET STRUCTURE, RESULTS, PASSIVE INCOME — ALL VISIBLE
UNIFIED ASSET CARD LOGIC WITH CLEAR ACTIONS: BUY, SELL, SWAP, USE AS COLLATERAL
SEPARATION OF INVEST AND TRADE SCENARIOS SO A BEGINNER DOES NOT GET CONFUSED
CLEAR OPERATION STATUSES AND ACTION HISTORY SO THE USER DOES NOT LOSE TRANSACTIONS
CAREFUL PRESENTATION OF YIELD MECHANICS WITHOUT OVERLOADING WITH TERMS
