Terms of Use
General Provisions
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) govern the relationship between the Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the User) using the website defence.investments (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
Use of the Website constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all conditions set out herein. If the User does not accept these Terms, the User must immediately cease using the Website.

The Company's total liability to the User on any grounds is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Company's services during the preceding 12 months. If the User has not purchased any services from the Company, the Company's liability is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation.

The Company is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of such resources, or for the privacy policies and terms of use applicable to them. Applicable Law

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled by negotiation. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement through pre-trial proceedings, disputes shall be referred to a competent court in accordance with applicable legislation.
Final Provisions
These Terms take effect from the moment the User begins using the Website and remain in force indefinitely.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The Company's failure to act in the event of a breach of these Terms by the User does not deprive the Company of the right to take appropriate action to protect its interests at a later time.
